Simulated Data	All	Converting FITSWRITER files to DMS level 1b: There is a tool available in the JWST pipeline called create_data which does this format conversion. If you have the pipeline installed on your machine, you can access this by changing into the pipeline conda environment, in the directory that holds your data and typing "create_data .”.
