TICv8 has a number of minor issues (see below) that have not been fixed in this version due to time constraints during preparation. Specific details of the method of production, and the contents of TICv8, is described on the arXiv (https://arxiv.org/pdf/1905.10694.pdf). The current draft of this documentation can be found on the arXiv at (). The full documentation for TICv7, and earlier TIC versions, can currently be found in Stassun et al.
