This workshop will be entirely virtual, with sessions hosted via WebEx. Information on how to connect to those sessions will be provided by email to all registrants.
Two sessions will be held each day, at times designed to enable participation from a wide range of timezones. The content and discussion topics will be repeated in both sessions, so attendees are encouraged to attend whichever session is most convenient for them. Please see the agenda page for details on the session topics.
The session times are:
First session: 2-5pm UTC; 6-9am PST; 9am-noon EST; 3-6pm CET ; 7:30-10:30pm IST ; 10pm-midnight CST ; 11pm-1am+1day JST ; 1-4am+1day AEDT ; 3-6am+1day NZDT
Second session: 11pm-1am UTC; 3-6pm PST ; 6-9pm EST ; midnight-3am+1day CET ; 4:30-7:30am+1day IST ; 7-10am+1day CST ; 8-11am+1day JST ; 10am-1pm+1day AEDT ; noon-3pm+1day NZDT

Please note that plenary sessions will be recorded and the recordings will be made public for future reference by the community. If you do not wish to be recorded, please keep your camera and microphone off.
Questions are encouraged at any time, and participants are encouraged to post them on the workshop Slack workspace where the rest of the community will be able to contribute to the discussion. Information on joining the Slack workspace will be shared with all registrants.
