Q1: Where are the Webb Office Hours procedures and guidelines?

Q2: Can a user add an HST footprint from a previous HST observation into the JWST APT?
A2: The user can upload a footprint by clicking the folder icon on the left side of the Aladin window in APT. A server selector window will appear, allowing the user to choose and upload the desired file. Once uploaded in the Aladin window, the user can edit it as needed. Click here for more details. Q3: Does the user need to specify the PAs they don’t want or the PAs they do want?
A3:The user should specify the PAs they want. If there is a desired PA for the observations, it must be included both in the Phase I proposal and in the APT file. The user should use the PA Range special requirement to define the acceptable PA range for the observation, rather than relying on the “implicit requirement” in APT. If the user relies only on the implicit requirement, the operational software will ignore it. In that case, if an undesired PA is assigned, the user will need to submit a Change Request to the TTRB with a strong scientific justification for approval. Click here for more details.
