Day 1 will provide information on the Roman Space Telescope and current status of planning for the Roman Galactic Plane Survey.
Day 2 and Day 3 will consist of a short introduction followed by breakout groups to discuss scientific goals and technical constraints of the Roman Galactic Plane Survey.
There will be two workshop sessions each day, each lasting ~2.5hrs, to ensure that people in a wide range of timezones can participate.
