For our conference dinner, we have opted for an unconventional format that we are excited about with the hope of making it accessible, affordable, and enjoyable for all conference attendees. We will have an informal conference dinner at R. House (1 mile from STScI/Muller) on Monday October 14th from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. R. House is a trendy food court in a converted industrial space with numerous food options and a bar. There will be no conference dinner fee, and instead you can purchase food and drinks from one of the R. House food vendors, which accommodate a variety of dietary needs, and bring it to our private event space ("The Garage"). There will be coaches to take people from the conference location and the Colonnade Hotel at the start and end of the dinner, as well as shuttles that leave between those times. The LOC will also provide additional travel assistance for those that would like it.
