Algorithms to change in Stage 1: refpix --> better 1/f and dark_current skip

Stage 2: flat_field (for NIRCam) needs to use an imaging flat rather than spectroscopic flat (still 1.0 as far as I last checked)

We didn't have time to discuss but do TSO folks think we need to change extract_2d ? I'm not sure about all mode but I recall that some modes throw out useful info on the background and reference pixels

Ah, thanks for the heads up on this @Taylor Bell.@channel, I think we are good with the notes. You all are too efficient! So no need to meet tomorrow. Thanks so much for your time and thoughts on TSO land!I would like to once again remind for you folks to bring the idea of a data challenge back to your institutions. I'm very excited for this prospect --- we could organize for as early as next year. I would like to poll part of the community on this early next year to get a sense of dates and interest!
