These should not be construed as stand-alone programs, but rather as sets of observations that exemplify the proposed scope of the initiative, and highlight potential aspects of the science case for a final legacy program. Community members are encouraged to develop their own science cases and , which can be submitted by e-mail to uvhst@stsci.edu. A key aspect of any legacy program is that it must tackle key science questions through observations that are unlikely to be realised through the standard TAC GO process.
