The JWST User Community is invited to call into Office Hours to ask questions and directly interact with a team of STScI JWST experts. We welcome questions about the JWST Pipeline, calibration, science instrument performance, proposal planning, executed observations, or any other questions about your data. We also welcome comments and feedback to help us improve our systems and better serve the needs of the astronomical community.
After calling into the WebEx session participants are encouraged to enter their questions into the chat box. To help us better serve you, please come prepared with your question written out, ready to submit in the chat box and have any images you need ready to share. The questions will be addressed on a first come, first served basis. These events will not be recorded, but questions and answers arising from the sessions will be captured anonymously on the Webb Office Hours page for future reference.
When attending Webb Office Hours and communicating with STScI staff you are considered a visitor to STScI.
